If you’re working for a prestigious company, expect to adapt to modern times by utilising the most modern of tools. In my experience, this is true. While I can’t explicitly state the name of the company I’m working for, I can at least explain how we’ve grown over the past few months. How exactly did we increase productivity at work?


I’m not talking about individual improvements by tracking time or being proactive; I’m talking about how our company benefited from using a Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.

Most importantly, it can effectively engage with customers to gather new intel that can improve our company’s relationship management strategies.


The tool is easy to use and can cover a wide area of responsibilities. Since the software tool is provided by Hitachi, I have no doubt our company was in good hands. Their team consists of talented veterans with more than a decade of experience, so it’s safe to say we should expect a few improvements after we utilise their solutions.


Gathering customer data is the most important aspect of CRM. Fortunately, it’s much easier to do now thanks to CRM software. It allows us to compile data from different channels such as the company’s website, email, social media pages, and marketing materials. The more we gather information, the more our business can grow.

Our company may be huge, but social media management wasn’t one of our strengths. Thankfully, with the help of CRM software, we can learn more from our customers by communicating with them.
